- A restoration project of a Georgian Grade II listed terrace in Marylebone. Part of the Portman Estate built between 1815 and 1820 and situated within the Dorset Square Conservation Area. The buildings consist of 4 storeys and basements and were extensively restored and refurbished, creating 15 high specification studio, one and two bed apartments.
STRATEGY
- 10 have been sold with the remaining retained for long term investment.
