The student housing portfolio comprises a large number of units offering self-contained studio and ensuite accommodation located in various recognised university cities across the country.
Demand for student accommodation remains bouyant while student numbers are stable, there is a continuing shortage of property in all the core university cities. This dynamic means rental income can increase steadily and void levels are low.
The investment performance is generated from 3 specific areas:
- Rental income from the assets
- Formal rent review dates
- Capital appreciation of the portfolio
